friendly staff comfortable stay
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist. I appreciated that the room was well-heated and equipped with everything i needed. The area safety was good, and getting to the airport by public transport was straightforward.
The front desk is closed after 10 pm.

Satisfactory Experience at Convenient Location
helpful staff quiet street
The staff showed helpfulness, correcting some incorrect Metro information. The apartment itself felt secure because it was on a quiet street. I found several Metro stations located conveniently close. A nice bistro stood nearby, also.
The room service occurred weekly . I found this cleaning schedule less than ideal for maintaining a tidy space.

The location provided easy access to several Metro lines. These lines helped to navigate various points in the city. Multiple buses also pass nearby, offering alternative transportation.

The apartment had a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge, really convenient. I also found an ample amount of towels and toilet paper provided. A good water pressure was notable within the shower.

wonderful accommodation!
helpful staff great location
The staff was so helpful and polite, it was appreciated. the location was also great, near two metro stations. Easy access was a plus. i would definitely stay again.
My room was smaller than i expected and not very well maintained. everything was quite basic, from the chairs to the bedding. Improvements would enhance the stay.

The room included a comfy bed and a balcony. I appreciated the fresh air. there was a tv and wifi available, alongside a handy mini kitchen and a nice bathroom.

The free hot beverage machine offered coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. That was quite convenient. the kitchenette was convenient for preparing your own meals. It helped save on expenses, i think.

The receptionist made a big effort to find the best itinerary to versailles on a public holiday! they were very friendly and helpful, answering every question i had with sincerity. Truly wonderful.

Several underground stations are within walking distance. Transport was convenient. there are shops and a few restaurants nearby, also a little park nearly opposite. I found it a quiet location!

acceptable, but some issues noticed
room condition lack of soundproofing
the location was acceptable, near metro stations.
The room needed repairs. I saw holes in the wall. the room felt quite dated. i also found the lack of soundproofing a problem, hearing noise from both the hallway and other rooms.
